The Shops at Pickering City Centre is proud to offer a comfortable and accessible shopping experience for all its visitors. The centre is wheelchair, walker and stroller accessible and provides a wide range of Guest Services to ensure an easy and pleasant visit.
Accessibility features and services:
• Automatic doors at Entrances 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
• 52 reserved designated accessible parking spaces close to entrances
• Complimentary wheelchairs available at Guest Services with photo ID
• Elevator access at the Food Court, Inside Entrance 5 as well as inside Hudson’s Bay.
• Accessible washrooms on all levels
• Accessible ramps on all levels

| Parking - The Shops at Pickering City Centre has ample parking, including extra-wide wheelchair parking spaces, and Customer with Child parking spaces. These specially designated parking spaces are conveniently located at all centre entrances. |

| Public Transportation - The Shops at Pickering City Centre is easily accessed by Durham Region Transit. For bus schedules, call Durham Region Transit at 1-866-247-0055. |

| Presto Cards - Available for purchase or reload at Guest Services. |

| Security - Our security team is on-site 24 hours a day providing Exterior Mobile Patrol, Close Circuit Television Camera Surveillance, Crime Prevention and Intervention, and Emergency Medical Assistance. |

| Strollers or Wheelchairs- Pick up a complimentary wheelchair or walker on loan from Guest Services (photo ID required). Self-serve vending strollers are located on the Upper Level, at Entrance #2. There is a $6 rental fee. The machine accepts credit cards and cash, with change-making capabilities. Upon return of the stroller, customers will receive a $0.50 rebate. |

| Washrooms - Visit our washrooms, located on the upper and lower levels and in the Food Court. For your convenience, The Shops at Pickering City Centre offers Family Washrooms, Baby Changing Stations, Nursing Rooms and a Special Needs Washroom. |
