The Shops at Pickering City Centre Gift Cards are accepted throughout the Centre at most stores. Purchase one in the amount you choose, at the Guest Services kiosk, located on the Lower Level, behind the escalators at Centre Court, near Bath & Body Works.

The Shops at Pickering City Centre gift cards work on a credit card platform and are subject to various rules & regulations as outlined by our gift card provider, Emerchants Ltd.
The Shops at Pickering City Centre Gift Cards are currently not accepted at the following stores/services:

- Dr. Agarwal (Optometrist)
- Dr. Tong – Dentist
- Dr. Tse (Optometrist)
- Durham Region Health Clinic
- Edo Japan

MAINTENANCE FEES:
The Shops at Pickering City Centre Gift Cards do NOT expire. However, the gift card provider, Emerchants Ltd., charges a non-refundable $2.50 monthly maintenance fee after the 15th month of the original date of purchase. For example: If you purchase a $10 gift card on January 1st, 2023 and chose not to use it, or failed to return to Customer Service and have the balance transferred onto a new card during the required 15 months, Emerchants Ltd. will charge you a $2.50 fee on May 1st, 2024 and every month thereafter until the funds have been depleted. If you feel that you will not spend your card balance in the required time, please visit Customer Service and they will transfer your balance onto another card and you will have another 15 months to enjoy. You may also call the support number on the back of the card to have the 15-month period extended for an additional 3 months.
To help you remember the rules outlined above The Shops at Pickering City Centre provides this information in the following manners:
1. Point of purchase signage at the kiosk.
2. Customer Service staff will inform each customer of the maintenance fees so you can decide whether you would like to go ahead with the purchase.
3. On the reverse of the gift card.
4. The gift card is date stamped to remind you when the fees will kick in.
5. The full rules & regulations are inserted into each gift card envelope.
The Shops at Pickering City Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or a reduced card balance as a result of inactivity and/or failure to renew before the 15th month maintenance fee deadline.
